77 Advertising for claims Where the Public Trustee is administering an estate under this Act he or she may, from time to time, cause advertisements to be published in such newspapers as the Public Trustee deems fit calling upon persons who wish to claim against the estate to prove their debts or claims on or before a date fixed in the notice.
