70 Administration of Public Trustee may be referred to Court (1) Upon an application to the Court, by any person showing to the satisfaction of the Court that he or she has an interest in any property for the time being administered by the Public Trustee, the Court may summon the Public Trustee to attend at a time and place in the summons mentioned for the purpose of answering the allegations of the petition. Part IX Miscellaneous Public Trustee Act 1979 33 (2) The Court, on the hearing of such summons may: (a) make such order in relation to the conduct of the Public Trustee in the matter giving rise to such petition as the Court thinks fit; and (b) order the Public Trustee to produce or to pay and deliver over all money, books and documents in his or her possession, control or custody to any person or persons named in such order.
