42 Court may direct Public Trustee to act on behalf of a person (1) A court may direct the Public Trustee to represent any party in any proceedings or any person or class of persons interested in any proceedings before the court. (2) The Public Trustee shall be entitled to be represented in proceedings referred to in subsection (1) and the costs and expenses of any such representation, as between solicitor and client, together with a reasonable fee for the services of the Public Trustee, shall be paid to the Public Trustee out of any estate, funds or property, the subject matter of the proceedings, or otherwise as the court thinks fit.
