#### 58 Effect of sale or disposal of property 58 Effect of sale or disposal of property > If property is sold or otherwise disposed of under this Act— > > > (a) the person to whom the property is sold or otherwise disposed obtains ownership of the property, and > > > (b) the property is discharged from any right, interest, trust or obligation to which it was subject immediately before the sale or other disposal, and > > > (c) the person who was the owner of the property immediately before the sale or other disposal ceases to have a claim in relation to the property or a right of action in relation to the sale or disposal.
