88 Application of this Part
(1) This Part is made for the purposes of section 75 of the Act. (2) This Part does not apply in relation to a debtor: (a) whose estate has been sequestrated, either voluntarily or compulsorily, for the benefit of creditors; and (b) who has not yet obtained a certificate of discharge.
