75 Notice that action not reviewable
If an affected former employee makes an application under section 74 for review of a determination, and the determination is not reviewable under paragraph 73(3)(b) or subsection 73(4), the Merit Protection Commissioner must tell the affected former employee, in writing: (a) that the determination is not reviewable; and (b) the reasons why the determination is not reviewable.
