50 Report on result of inquiry—prescribed Statutory Agencies
For the purposes of paragraphs 41(2)(m) and 41A(2)(c) of the Act, the following Statutory Agencies are prescribed: (a) the Statutory Agency declared by paragraph 40(1A)(a) of the Auditor‑General Act 1997; (b) the Statutory Agency declared by paragraph 16(4)(a) of the Australian Bureau of Statistics Act 1975; (c) the Statutory Agency declared by paragraph 31(2)(a) of the Ombudsman Act 1976; (d) the Statutory Agency declared by paragraph 4A(2)(a) of the Taxation Administration Act 1953.
