#### 115 Application provision—own motion reviews Subdivision B of Division 2 of Part 4 of these Regulations, as inserted by Schedule 1 to the Public Service Amendment (2024 Measures No. 2) Regulations 2024, applies in relation to a selection process for a vacancy notified in the Public Service Gazette on or after 1 April 2025.
