106 Immunity from civil proceedings in relation to Australian Public Service Commissioner’s functions
For the purposes of paragraph 78A(1)(h) of the Act, the following provisions of this instrument are prescribed: (a) section 55 (inquiries into Merit Protection Commissioner’s behaviour); (b) section 56 (inquiries into alleged breaches of Code of Conduct by statutory office holders).
