3 Interpretation (1) In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears: > Parliamentary Department means the Department of the Senate, the Department of the House of Representatives, the Department of the Parliamentary Library, the Department of the Parliamentary Reporting Staff or the Joint House Department. > the Act means the Public Service Act 1922. > the Secretary means the Secretary of the Department in connection with which, or in which is employed an officer or employee in connection with whom, the expression is used or is applicable.
