171 Offices and appointments declared not to be Commonwealth offices for Part IV of the Act
For paragraph (n) of the definition of Commonwealth office in subsection 87 (1) of the Act, an office or appointment specified in column 2 of an item in Schedule 3 is declared not to be a Commonwealth office for the purposes of Part IV of the Act on and after the date specified for the office or appointment in column 3 of the item.
