169A Bodies declared not to be Commonwealth authorities for Part IV of the Act
For paragraph (a) of the definition of Commonwealth authority in subsection 87 (1) of the Act, a body specified in column 2 of an item in Schedule 1G is declared not to be a Commonwealth authority for the purposes of Part IV of the Act on and after the date specified for the body in column 3 of the item.
