165 Employees to whom this Part applies
This Part applies to an employee referred to in paragraph 63T (a), (b) or (c) of the Act other than:
(a) an employee who is employed or engaged overseas to perform duties overseas; or
(c) an employee employed under subsection 30 (8) of the Public Service and Statutory Authorities Amendment Act 1985, or under section 82AG of the Act, in or under:
(i) the program known as the Australian Traineeship System; or
(ii) the program known as the Australian Public Service Post-Secondary Industrial Training Scheme; or
(iii) the program known as the Australian Public Service Apprenticeship Scheme; or
(iv) the program known as the Australian Public Service Enrolled Nurse-in-Training Scheme; or
(v) the program known as the Australian Public Service Student Nurse Scheme; or
(vi) the program known as Jobstart; or
(vii) the program known as the Australian Public Service National Training Wage Program; or
(viii) the program known as the Disability Employment Enhancement Scheme; or
(d) an employee, employed under a scheme referred to in paragraph 122 (a) or (b), who has been employed in a Department to perform duties under that scheme and who has been so employed for a period of less than one year.
