161 Interpretation
In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:
> authorized officer means an officer authorized by a Secretary for the purposes of subsection 61 (2) of the Act.
> employee means an employee to whom this Part applies by virtue of the application of regulation 165.
> unattached officer has the same meaning as in Subdivision D of Division 6 of Part III of the Act.
