161 Interpretation
In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:
authorized officer means an officer authorized by a Secretary for the purposes of subsection 61 (2) of the Act.
employee means an employee to whom this Part applies by virtue of the application of regulation 165.
unattached officer has the same meaning as in Subdivision D of Division 6 of Part III of the Act.
