154 Notification of findings of Board of Inquiry
Where a Board of Inquiry makes a finding under subsection 57 (5) of the Act, it shall, as soon as practicable after it has completed its inquiry, notify the officer charged, the Minister and the Public Service Board in writing of its finding and of the reasons for its finding.
