140 Manner of appeal to Disciplinary Appeal Committee
(1) An appeal to a Disciplinary Appeal Committee under section 63D, 63F or 63P of the Act shall be made in writing and addressed to and lodged with the Director.
(2) An appeal to a Disciplinary Appeal Committee under subsection 63D (2) or 63P (1) of the Act shall specify the ground or grounds specified in that subsection on which the appeal is made.
