122 Prescribed schemes
Each of the following schemes, being a scheme for enabling persons to gain ability for the purpose of participating in the Australian work-force, is a prescribed scheme for the purposes of section 82AG of the Act, namely:
(a) each project for the creation of employment approved under section 4 of the Community Employment Act 1983;
(b) the program known as the Aboriginal Employment Development Policy;
(c) the program known as Jobstart;
(d) the program known as the Australian Traineeship System;
(e) the program known as the Australian Public Service Post‑Secondary Industrial Training Scheme;
(f) the program known as the Australian Public Service Apprenticeship Scheme;
(g) the program known as the Australian Public Service Enrolled Nurse-in-Training Scheme;
(h) the program known as the Australian Public Service Student Nurse Scheme;
(i) the program known as the JOBSKILLS program;
(j) the program known as the Australian Public Service National Training Wage Program;
(k) the program known as the Disability Employment Enhancement Scheme.
