121 Principal relevant staff association in respect of employees
For the purposes of paragraph 82 (2) (b) of the Act, in relation to employment in a particular capacity, the relevant staff organization that has, as members of the organization, the greatest number of persons who are:
(a) employed in that capacity in the Service; or
(b) officers having a classification that corresponds to that capacity;
is declared to be the principal relevant staff organization in relation to employment in that capacity.
