120B Minimum retiring age: certain overseas staff
For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of minimum retiring age in subsection 76U (2) of the Act, the age of 50 years is the minimum retiring age in respect of the class of officers each of whom:
(a) was engaged under section 82AF of the Public Service Act 1922 for service in Greece; and
(b) qualifies under the law of Greece for reduced early pension on turning 50.
