106C Prescribed day — transfer of Senior Executive Service officer to another Department
If a Senior Executive Service officer in a Department is to be transferred to a vacant Senior Executive Service office in another Department by the Commissioner under subsection 49 (1B) of the Act, the day, for the purposes of subparagraph (b) (i) of the definition of prescribed day in subsection 33AAA (1) of the Act in its application to section 49D of the Act, is the day stated under subregulation 106 (1) in the notice of the transfer given to the officer as the day on which the transfer is proposed to take effect.
