##### 87ZF Service of documents (1) A document required by this Part to be given or furnished to a person shall be given or furnished: (a) by delivering the document to that person personally; (b) by prepaying and posting the document as a letter addressed to that person at his last known place of abode; or (c) by leaving the document at the last known place of abode of that person with some person apparently an inmate of that place and apparently not less than 16 years of age. (2) Where a document required by this Part to be given or furnished to a person is posted as a letter in accordance with this section, the document shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to have been given or furnished at the time at which the letter would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post.
