##### 81 Arrangements with State as to pension etc. where officer employed in dual capacities In any case arising under this Division the Prime Minister may, by agreement with an appropriate authority of the State concerned or otherwise, make arrangements for determining, in respect of any officer so employed on behalf of the Commonwealth and of a State, the respective shares of each Government in any pension, retiring allowance, or allowance to dependants which may become payable, under the laws of the State or of the Commonwealth, in respect to the officer.
