##### 80 Agreement with State for performance of State duties by officer of the Service The Prime Minister may, at the request of an appropriate authority of a State, authorize and cause any work or services to be performed for the Government of the State; and the Prime Minister may, by agreement with an appropriate authority of the State or otherwise, make arrangements for determining: (a) the rate of payment to be made by the Government of the State for the performance of the work or services; and (b) any matters which may require to be adjusted with regard to the performance of the work or services.
