76MAppeal to Appeal Committee

##### 76M Appeal to Appeal Committee (3) A Senior Executive Service officer to whom notice under subsection 76L(3) has been given (other than an officer who has, under subsection 76L(3A), consented to the giving of the notice) may appeal, within the period prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection, to an Appeal Committee against the giving of the notice. (4) Where an officer appeals to an Appeal Committee under subsection (3) against the giving of a notice under subsection 76L(3), an Appeal Committee shall hear and determine the appeal and may: (a) confirm the notice; or (b) revoke the notice.
