[Regulation 85 Amended by S.R. 2022, No. 11, Applied:31 Mar 2022] If an eligible person, within the meaning of section 90XZB of the Family Law Act, has applied to the Commission for information in accordance with that section about the superannuation interest of a member, the Commission must comply with the requirements of that Act.
