71 When benefit entitlements become payable
For the purposes of this Part, a person's benefit under these regulations that –
(a) includes a payment by the Minister; and
(b) [Regulation 71 Amended by S.R. 2022, No. 11, Applied:31 Mar 2022] is not an interim invalidity pension under regulation 44 , a pension payable under regulation 62A or an interim pension payable under regulation 45 –
is taken to be payable at the time the person is paid the benefit.
