### 93 Application for benefit > > (1)  Subject to [regulation 95](#GS95@EN) , an application for a benefit under these regulations is to be in any form that the Commission determines. > > > (2)  If a person making an application has a spouse, that person must provide the Commission with any documentary evidence that the Commission requires in support of the application. > > > (3)  A person to whom, or in respect of whom, any pension or other benefit under these regulations is being paid is to notify the Commission in writing of any change of circumstances that affects or may affect the entitlement of that person to a pension or other benefit under these regulations.
