### 92 Information to be provided
> > (1) The Clerk of the Legislative Council and the Clerk of the House of Assembly are to provide the Commission with the following information:

> > > > (a) the date on which any person is elected as a member of Parliament;

> > > > (b) the date on which a member to whom [Part 3](#HP3@EN) or [4](#HP4@EN) applies ceases to be a member;

> > > > (c) the date on which any such member commences to hold an office specified in [Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2012-018#JS1@HS2@EN) [Parliamentary Salaries, Superannuation and Allowances Act 2012](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2012-018) ;

> > > > (d) the date on which any such member ceases to hold such an office;

> > > > (e) the basic and other salaries payable to a member referred to in [paragraph (c)](#GS92@Gs1@Hpc@EN) ;

> > > > (f) the tax file number of each member to whom [Part 3](#HP3@EN) or [4](#HP4@EN) applies.
