### 22 Entitlements of personal representatives on death of member
> If a person ceases to be a member to whom this Part applies by reason of his or her death and no pension is payable under [regulation 24](#GS24@EN) , the personal representatives of that person are entitled to have paid to them an amount representing a lump sum calculated in accordance with [regulation 29](#GS29@EN) as if 100% of the appropriate pension calculated in accordance with [regulation 24](#GS24@EN) were commuted.
