### 102 Appeal against decision, determination or order of Commission
> > (1) Despite [regulation 101](#GS101@EN) , a person may appeal to a judge against any decision, determination or order of the Commission.

> > (2) An appeal under this regulation is to be by way of rehearing and instituted, heard and determined in accordance with the provisions of the [Supreme Court Rules 2000](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/sr-2000-008) relating to appeals from statutory tribunals other than courts.
