[Section 41 Amended by No. 52 of 2019, s. 14, Applied:31 Mar 2022] The Minister administering the Ambulance Service Act 1982 must guarantee, on behalf of the State, the payment of all contributions required to be made to the Commission by the Ambulance Service if the Ambulance Service fails to make the contributions required under the regulations within 28 days after the Commission demands the contributions be made.
