25 Functions of Commission after transfer date

On and from the transfer date, the Commission has the following functions:

(a) to administer and manage the Fund in accordance with this Act and any other applicable law of the State or the Commonwealth, for the purpose of providing benefits on retirement to members of the contributoryscheme, and their beneficiaries or representatives, in accordance with this Act and the regulations;

(b) to provide the Minister with timely and accurate advice as to the operation of the contributory scheme.
