12 Delegation
[Section 12 Amended by No. 52 of 2019, s. 7, Applied:31 Mar 2022] The Commission may delegate to a person made available to the Commission under section 14 , or a person or organisation engaged on contract under this Act, any of the Commission's functions or powers –
(a) under this or any other Act; or
(b) any instrument having effect under this or any other Act –
other than this power of delegation.
