66 Part-time office
(1) The head of service may, in writing, declare a vacant office to be a
part-time office.
(2) The head of service may, in writing, declare an occupied office to be
a part-time office if the officer appointed to the office consents to the
declaration.
(3) The head of service may change the part-time hours of a part-time
office—
(a) at any time; and
(b) for an occupied office—only if the officer appointed to the
office consents to the change.
(4) The declaration must set out hours of attendance for the office that
are less than full-time hours of attendance.
Note An industrial instrument may include requirements for hours of
attendance.
