147 Ending commissioner’s appointment without suspension
(1) The Chief Minister must end the commissioner’s appointment if the
commissioner—
(a) becomes bankrupt or personally insolvent; or
(b) is absent, other than on approved leave, for 14 consecutive days
or for 28 days in any 12-month period.
(2) The Chief Minister may, with the consent of the commissioner, end
the commissioner’s appointment on the ground of physical or mental
incapacity.
