143 Arrangements for commissioner from another
jurisdiction to exercise functions
If an appointment is not made under section 142, the Chief Minister
must make arrangements for the commissioner (however described)
responsible for exercising functions under a Commonwealth or State
law that substantially correspond to this Act to exercise 1 or more of
the functions of the commissioner.
