117 Reappointment as unattached officer
(1) This section applies to a former officer who is reappointed as an
unattached officer.
Note A former officer may be reappointed as an unattached officer under s 136
(Reappointment of officer if unsuccessful election candidate) and s 137
(Reappointment of officer after quashing etc of conviction).
(2) Unless otherwise stated by the head of service, the unattached
officer—
(a) is included in the administrative unit in which the unattached
officer occupied an office immediately before becoming
unattached; and
(b) has the classification of the office that the unattached officer
occupied immediately before becoming unattached; and
(c) has the hours of attendance of the office that the unattached
officer occupied immediately before becoming unattached.
