101 Notification of certain temporary transfers to higher office
(1) This section applies to a temporary transfer to an appellable
classification.
(2) The head of service must provide notification in the gazette of a
temporary transfer if—
(a) the head of service temporarily transfers an officer to perform
the duties of a higher office to which this section applies; and
(b) the transfer is for a period of more than 6 months.
