7 Establishment, change of name and abolition of Agencies (1) An Agency not otherwise established or continued in existence by or under an Act is established, by the name under which it is nominated, on the publication of the Administrative Arrangements Order by which it is nominated as an Agency. (2) An Agency not established or continued in existence by or under an Act is abolished, or established by a different name nominated, on the publication of the Administrative Arrangements Order or amendment nominating the Agency by its new name or, in the case
