60By-laws

60 By-laws (1) The Commissioner may make by-laws under this Act. (2) The by-laws may deal with one or more of the following: (c) leave; (d) entitlement to and payment of allowances; (e) recruitment and transfer expenses; (f) conditions applying to employees transferred to the Public Service or a statutory corporation under the Acts repealed by section 66; (g) conditions applying to employees in remote localities; (h) leave and other fares; (j) other terms and conditions of employment.
