39Chief Executive Officers may make secondment arrangements

39 Chief Executive Officers may make secondment arrangements (1) The Chief Executive Officer of an Agency may enter into a secondment arrangement if the Chief Executive Officer considers it is in the public interest to do so. (2) A secondment arrangement may involve: (a) the secondment of an employee in the Agency to perform duties for a person outside the Public Sector; or (b) the secondment of a person employed by a person outside the Public Sector to perform duties in the Agency. (3) A secondment arrangement may be for any period not exceeding 3 years.
