19A Appointment of Chief Executive Officers (1) The Chief Minister may appoint a person to be the Chief Executive Officer of an Agency, other than an Agency mentioned in section 19(3) or (4). (2) Notice of the appointment must be published in the Gazette as soon as practicable after it is made.
