11 Delegation by Commissioner (1) The Commissioner may delegate any of the Commissioner's powers or functions under this Act to any person. (2) The Commissioner must not delegate a power or function to an employee in an Agency unless the Commissioner has consulted with the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency.
