Part 8—Payments on death 11—Payment in respect of leave on death Despite any other provisions of this Schedule, a public sector agency may, if of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so, direct that a sum payable in respect of leave on the death of an employee of the agency be paid to dependants of the employee and not to the personal representative.
