6 Publicity about prizewinners

For the Act, section 38(2), an entrant in a public lottery may request anonymity—

(a) in accordance with the rules of the public lottery, or

(b) when claiming a prize—by indicating to the licensee, or an agent or employee of the licensee, that the person does not want the person’s identity published.
