In this regulation—
community language player information brochure, for Part 3—see section 8.
Department means the department in which the Act is administered.
Liquor & Gaming NSW means the part of the Department known as Liquor & Gaming NSW.

Secretary means the Secretary of the Department.
the Act means the Public Lotteries Act 1996.
total prize money, for Part 3—see section 8.
