17 Gambling inducements
(1) For the Act, section 83A(2)(b), a relevant person must not offer or supply free or discounted liquor as an inducement to participate, or to participate frequently, in a public lottery.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) In this section—
liquor has the same meaning as in the Liquor Act 2007.
relevant person means the following—
(a) a licensee,
(b) an agent of a licensee,
(c) an employee of a licensee,
(d) an employee of an agent of a licensee.
