#### 36 Recovery of money 36 Recovery of money > > (1) An amount that is payable by a person to the Treasurer under this Act but is not paid may be recovered from the person as a debt due to the Crown in any court of competent jurisdiction. > > > (2) For the purpose of an action to recover an amount referred to in this section, a certificate of the Treasurer certifying the amount alleged to be payable by a person and that the amount has not been paid is evidence that the amount so specified is payable to the Treasurer in accordance with this Act and has not been paid.
