#### 21I Completion of public lottery following cancellation or suspension of licence 21I Completion of public lottery following cancellation or suspension of licence > > (1) If a licence is suspended or cancelled, the Minister may authorise a person to complete the conduct of any game in a public lottery that was in the course of being conducted when the licence was suspended or cancelled. > > > (2) In that event— > > > > > (a) the person so authorised is taken to be the licensee under the suspended or cancelled licence, and > > > > > (b) the suspended or cancelled licence is, for the purposes of enabling the completion of the conduct of the public lottery, taken not to have been suspended or cancelled. > > **ss 21C–21I:** Ins 2009 No 60, Sch 5.1 \[5\].
