Public Lending Right Scheme 2016
1 Name
This instrument is the Public Lending Right Scheme (Payment Rates) Modification 2025.
2 Commencement
The whole of this instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Authority
This instrument is made under paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Public Lending Right Act 1985.
4 Schedules
The Public Lending Right Scheme 2016 is modified as set out in Schedule 1 to this instrument.

Public Lending Right Scheme 2016
1 Subsection 14(2)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(2) The creators’ public lending right rate of payment is provided by the following table:

| Up to 1,500 copies | $2.30 per copy |
| 1,501 – 2,000 copies | $2.32 per copy |
| 2,001 – 10,000 copies | $2.35 per copy |
| 10,001 – 60,000 copies | $2.24 per copy |
| 60,001 copies or more | $1.75 per copy |
2 Subsection 15(2)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(2) The publishers’ public lending right rate of payment is provided by the following table:
